Our Organization, In coordination with the CITY GOVERNMENT OF MARIKINA and the DEPARTMENT OF ENVIRONMENT AND NATURAL RESOURCES (DENR) National Capital Region Office, will have another Simultaneous Mass Tree Planting and Clean Up Activity along Marikina River Barangay Nangka Area and selected areas of Barangay Fortune Marikina City, as part of our "LUNTIANG MARIKINA Program” with theme "Sama sama para sa Luntiang Marikina"  to be held on December 08, 2019 Sunday, Registration will be open by 06:00AM and a Brief Program will happen first at Camacho Covered Court Kabayani Road Barangay Nangka Marikina City, program will start at 08:00AM and will last till 12:00NN.

Luntiang Marikina Program aims to spread awareness and concern to everyone that protecting and preserving our environment specifically the Marikina River Ecosystem and its surrounding components is a responsibility for everyone. This activity is the Phase 2 of our program which Phase 1 was held last July 07, 2019 and resulted to the planting of eight hundred (800) variety of seedlings in areas of Marikina River Parks from Roman Garden Barangay Jesus Dela Pena to Barangay Industrial Valley Complex, and with one thousand two hundred forty two (1,242) volunteers coming from different walks of life. 

In this regards, May we invite everyone again to be with us as Participants on the aforementioned activity, there is registration fee of One Hundred Fifty Pesos (Phl.150.00) which proceeds will be used to support other civic programs being implemented by our organization. Participants are requested to bring their own planting tools and protective garments (ex. shovel, trowel, grass shears, gloves, facemask etc.) cleaning materials (ex. Walis Tingting, Dustpan, Trash Bags, etc.) and something to protect you for our changing weather (ex. caps and umbrella). 

Donations like bottled water, simple snacks for the participants and In-Kind are welcome for those who want to donate for the program and our organization's other civic programs being implemented.

Looking forward in seeing you all again on December 08, Let us be one in manifesting our concern for Mother Nature.
