Some host organization will send you more details few days before the event via SMS or email. If you have not received a messaged and have clarifications, feel free to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If you are all set and good, go to the actual event indicated on the details.
Is there a fee in joining events?
There are events that have a registration fee or ask for contributions. If you don't find any information about fees in the event details, then it means it is free! If the event is requiring a fee, bring your payments during the day itself.
I am not able to speak Filipino, can I still participate?
Definitely you can still participate even if you cannot speak Filipino; representatives from our partner organizations will also be there to guide you during the volunteer event so no need to worry.
Do you have volunteer opportunities outside of Metro Manila?
Today our operations are mainly in Metro Manila, however in the near future we also plan to start expanding our reach outside of NCR. Let us know in case you see any specific opportunities for iVolunteer to help other provinces, or you can also endorse to us local NGOs that have volunteer opportunities so we can start partnering with them.

How can I buy an iVolunteer t-shirt?
Here are 3 easy steps to buy our shirts.
STEP 1: Reservation: Let us know your preferred shirt size (XS to XXL) and preferred color (available in Black, White or Yellow). They cost Php 350 each.
STEP 2: Payment and Confirmation: You can send your payment through bank deposit; an additional Php 120 is needed for the shipping costs within Metro Manila and Php 160 for outside Metro Manila. Our bank account details are the following: BPI: iVolunteer Inc., Checking Account, 3721 0081 68 Buendia Branch. Email us the deposit slip once done.
STEP 3: We will share with you the tracking number once the delivery has been sent.
