A community-based organization, La Liga Mariquina was originally started by a number of people (mostly women) who desires to give back to the community and step up to be a catalyst for change, to revive the spirit of “Bayanihan” and to be an example that even you have nothing or coming from nothing you have a chance to be part of a working idea that “we can and we will”. “DIYOS, BAYAN AT MAMAMAYAN” is the official motto of La Liga Mariquina.
Christmas Wish: Learning gadgets (android mobile phones) for their supported minority schools in Occidental Mindoro. These devices will be used for the students’ online learning.
