How You Can Help:

The process is simple, safe, and takes less than an hour of your time.
You’ll be guided by trained professionals from the Philippine Red Cross, ensuring your comfort and safety throughout the donation.
Important Reminders before the donation:
Bring:
- Blood Donation Card, if available
- Tumbler/bottled water
- Valid I.D.
Preparations:
- The night before your blood donation, sleep at least 6 hours (uninterrupted).
- Eat your regular meal, avoid fatty foods.
- Avoid drinking alcoholic drinks
- Avoid smoking and Vaping
-Avoid drinking coffee, sodas, and tea before donating blood.
