If so, we invite you to join us as a Volunteer Booth Manager for our upcoming webinar, "Spectrum: Finding Comfort in Inclusivity," hosted at Ateneo de Manila University on April 7th, 8th, and 10th, 2025.

This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a meaningful event, gain valuable experience, and connect with like-minded individuals. As a Booth Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth and engaging experience for all attendees. You will be the face of our event, providing information, assistance, and a warm welcome to everyone who approaches our booth.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• *Greeting and Assisting Attendees: Providing information about the webinar, answering questions, and directing attendees as needed.
• Managing Booth Operations: Maintaining a tidy and organized booth, ensuring materials are readily available, and overseeing any booth activities.
• Providing Excellent Customer Service: Addressing inquiries and concerns with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Collaborating with Team Members: Working effectively with fellow volunteers and event organizers to ensure a seamless experience.
• Promoting Inclusivity: Creating a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere for all attendees.

We Are Looking For Volunteers Who:

• Are High School Graduates or College Students.
• Possess strong customer service skills.
• Are excellent team players.
• Have excellent communication skills.
• Are willing to volunteer with passion and harmony.

Orientation:

• An essential orientation session will be held on April 5th, 2025, from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM. This session will provide you with all the necessary information and training to excel in your role.
