We are a nonprofit organization that uses volleyball and other activities to help Filipino youth become better individuals through holistic development.

VISION: We envision to empower the children and youth to become changemakers in the community through sports. 

MISSION: Provide an inclusive and holistic program that builds self-confidence and grit among children, youth, and the community. 

As we aim to create more impact in the different communities we serve through sports and outreach, we will need more people to help us fulfill our mission.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assisting the Lead Coach: Support the lead coach in organizing and conducting training sessions and friendly games.
• Ensure Safety and Wellness: Ensure the safety and well-being of players during training and competitions by implementing appropriate safety measures.
• Community Engagement: Participate in community outreach initiatives and events organized by SSPI to promote the sport and its positive impact on society.
• Professional Development: Take advantage of learning opportunities, such as coaching workshops, seminars, and certifications, to enhance coaching skills and knowledge.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Passionate about youth sports advocacy
• Plays volleyball or used to play volleyball
• Background in Physical Education or Strength and Conditioning or Sports Science is an advantage
• Experience in coaching volleyball is a plus but not required
• Lives in/or near Antipolo, or, if not, would be willing to go to Antipolo for the training
• Can commit to giving 2 hours per week to coach children and youth who are abused, neglected, and orphaned in a temporary shelter.
