Role Description:
Assist participants, the Technical Working Group, and internal volunteers with event logistics (directions to the break out rooms and other facilities, Registration timekeeping during breakout, checking of entrances / exits)
Ensure smooth coordination among team members and provide on-site support
Help keep event operations organized and flowing effectively
Responsibilities:
Guide participants and volunteers to their designated areas and provide assistance as needed
Support the Technical Working Group with logistical needs throughout the event
Collaborate with the internal volunteer team to ensure seamless event execution
Skills Needed:
Strong communication and organizational skills
Friendly and adaptable with a proactive approach to helping others
Ability to work well in a team and in a fast-paced environment
