Background
Sign Language Interpreters of Davao Region (SLIDAR) aims to provide quality FSL (Filipino Sign Language) interpretation services that facilitate effective communication between the Deaf community and the hearing population. Our goal is to develop a pool of competent and certified FSL interpreters in Davao Region.

Deaf Awareness Week 2024 in the Philippines is an annual event observed from November 10 to 16.
This event, brought to you by the Sign Language Interpreters of the Davao Region (SLIDaR), is part of our ongoing mission to promote Filipino Sign Language (FSL).
