Hands in Inclusion Philippines is urgently call to join the team as a Treasurer! We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual to join their team as a Treasurer. The Treasurer will be responsible for managing the financial aspects of the organization, including receiving and disbursing funds, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with all financial regulations.

Responsibilities:

  • Take charge and be responsible for funds of the organization together with the Vice President for Finance
  • Submit financial reports to the officers during officers meeting, and to comply with all HNI members requirements at the end of each term.
  • Receive of all lees and disbursement funds in behalf of the organizational fund. All disbursements shall be supported with receipts, which shall be part of their records.
  • Attest all financial transactions entered to by the organization.
  • Perform such other duties and functions as requested.
  • Assist the committee and/or project heads in acquiring funds from outside sources.
  • Assist the committee and/or project heads in making fund raising activities.
  • Act as Budget Committee Head.

What we are looking for:

  • If you are confident and knowledgeable to take on the role, you are welcome to the team!
  • College Graduate but has an financial and accounting related experience needed.
  • Active participation to the team.
  • Can attend virtual and onsite meetings.
  • Reliable internet connection.
