Admin Staff at My Children's House of Hope (Bahay Bata 127) Inc.

We are looking for staff who can assist our administrative managers in managing schedules, budget, personnel databases, and generating reports. This role also requires a significant amount of communication and coordination with other staff and departments, including senior level officials.

Through a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent of it in any field is a plus, please know that we will gladly accept students or any individual with the required qualifications for the Admin Staff to be effective in his or her role.

Those skills include but are not limited to the following:

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Perform skilled and responsible administrative and clerical work
  • Manage and record all incoming and outgoing documents
  • Document daily administrative tasks; maintain the record and files (whether it be a hard copy or electronic copy)
  • Review the accuracy of all supporting documents before they are forwarded to the concerned team
  • Control the end-to-end process of invoice related activities
  • Update the inventory of available supplies and materials; create requests of needed supplies
  • During your free time, you may be asked to assist with activities and events within the center

Minimum Qualifications

  • Available to help out at the center for at least 5 days a week
  • Can-do attitude, good problem-solving skills, detail-oriented
  • Good organization and time management skills
  • Good verbal and communication skills
  • Knowledge in using Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, Canva, and other productivity tools
  • Bachelor's degree or an equivalent is a plus but not required
