As an Executive Vice-President  you will serve as the chief operating officer, driving Hands in Inclusion Philippines towards its strategic goals. This role encompasses overseeing daily operations, ensuring departmental and committee efficiency. In close collaboration with the President, the Executive Vice President is instrumental in translating strategic plans into actionable initiatives, monitoring progress, and making necessary adjustments.

Do you have what it takes to manage public relations? Then join us and be our Public Relations Director who will be strategically communicates for Hands in Inclusion Philippines. This role involves crafting compelling narratives, managing media relations, and overseeing the organization's digital presence. By skillfully shaping the organization's image and messaging, the PR Officer builds and maintains strong relationships with key stakeholders, fostering a positive public perception. 

If you're interested in managing and sustaining finances and upholds high integrity, the Fundraising Director suits you! The Fundraising Director is responsible for securing the financial resources necessary to support Hands in Inclusion Philippines’ mission. This role involves developing and executing comprehensive fundraising strategies, building strong donor relationships, and overseeing fundraising events to achieve financial goals. The Director is instrumental in ensuring the organization's financial sustainability. 

The Inclusivity and Diversity Officer is the champion of equity and fairness within Hands in Inclusion Philippines. This role involves crafting and implementing strategies to foster a diverse and inclusive environment for all stakeholders. By conducting training, monitoring progress, and providing direct support to individuals with disabilities, this Officer ensures that the organization's actions align with its mission and values

Assistant Secretary role who provides essential support to the Executive Secretary in managing the administrative functions of Hands in Inclusion Philippines. This role involves assisting with meeting preparations, drafting correspondence, and maintaining organizational records. The Assistant Secretary also ensures the continuity of operations by acting as a backup to the Executive Secretary when needed.

The Social Media Officer is responsible for building and maintaining a strong online presence for Hands in Inclusion Philippines. This role involves creating engaging content, managing social media platforms, and analyzing performance metrics to optimize reach and engagement. He or she is crucial in sharing theorganization's story and connecting with the target audience.

The Project Manager is responsible for the successful planning, execution, and completion of organizational projects. This role involves developing comprehensive project plans, assembling and leading teams, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. He or she proactively identifies and addresses potential risks to project success.

The Chief Media Director is responsible for crafting and executing a comprehensive media strategy that amplifies Hands in Inclusion Philippines' mission and vision. This role involves developing compelling content, overseeing the media team, and ensuring that all media outputs align with the organization's brand identity. He or she plays a critical role in shaping public perception and driving engagement.

The Creatives Officer is the visionary behind Hands in Inclusion Philippines’ visual identity. This role involves developing and implementing a cohesive creative strategy that aligns with the organization’s mission alongside the Chief Media Director. He or she oversees the creation of engaging visual content, ensuring it effectively communicates the organization’s message and values. By collaborating withother committees, this role contributes to the overall organization image and storytelling.
