We are a nonprofit organization that uses volleyball and other activities to help Filipino youth become better individuals through holistic development.
MISSION: Our mission is to educate and engage the communities, especially the Filipino youth, in sports, whole-life coaching, and outreach.
VISION: Our vision is to see our athletes and coaches become responsible citizens and leaders in their communities
Join us in building communities through sports and outreach by helping us monitor our impacts and evaluate our ongoing programs so we can continuously improve it and further make a difference in more people's lives.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Monitoring and Evaluation: Contributing to monitoring and evaluation efforts to assess the effectiveness of our programs and interventions, track progress towards goals, and identify areas for improvement.
- Data Collection and Management: Collect, compile, and manage data related to the organization's sports programs, activities, and impact. This may include quantitative data (e.g., statistics, performance metrics) and qualitative data (e.g., participant feedback, case studies).
- Evaluation of Program Effectiveness: Conduct evaluations to assess the effectiveness, efficiency, and impact of sports programs and interventions. This may involve conducting surveys, interviews, focus groups, and other evaluation methods to gather feedback from stakeholders.
- Collaborate and Coordinate: Collaborate with other team members by sharing insights from data gathered to help the organization improve the Ikot Pinas program and effectively communicate the impact of the program to the stakeholders.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Passionate about youth sports advocacy and volleyball
- Loves researching and learning more about grassroots sports
- Background in Community Development, Social Work, and Sociology is an advantage
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Can commit to giving 5 to 10 hours per week to work as a Monitoring and Evaluation Officer
