The Stakeholders’ Rights and Advocates’ Welfare (STRAW) Committee, guided by the Human Resources Director alongside the Inclusivity and Diversity Officer, is dedicated to safeguarding the rights and interests of all stakeholders associated with Hands in Inclusion Philippines. This committee plays a crucial role in addressing concerns related to stakeholder welfare, ensuring that their voices are heard, and their needs are met. By working collaboratively with other committees and the organization's leadership, STRAW contributes to a positive and inclusive environment for all involved.
