Prosecutor Sesinio N. Belen, Jr. is a graduate of the Manuel L. Quezon University School of law in 2005. In the same year, he took and passed the 2005 Bar examination.
He was appointed as Assistant City Prosecutor in 2016. As a DOJ prosecutor, Prosecutor Belen handles cases of rape, murder, violation of dangerous drugs law, and other high-crimes. In 2018, he was designated as a member of DOJ Task force against trafficking in person tasked to handle trafficking cases in the area of the City of San Pedro, Laguna.
To date, Prosecutor Belen handles trafficking cases, among other criminal cases, on top of his function as the OIC-Deputy City Prosecutor of San Pedro, Laguna.
