iVolunteer Philippines is looking for Partnership Builders to support its operations in Mindanao.
iVolunteer Philippines is continuing to expand its reach in Mindanao, and we need passionate Partnership Builders to support our operations. To achieve our vision of Every Filipino Volunteering towards Nation-Building, we need your help to build on our presence in Davao City and extend our impact even further.
Role description:
Engage with the Mindanao Regional Unit for the strategic direction on the development and expansion in the designated region
Secure two (2) Memorandum of Agreements with identified volunteer-engaging organizations in the region.
Provide support and assistance to partner organizations as needed.
Manage the relationship with community leaders and partners to ensure that iVolunteer’s goals align with the organizations in the community.
Conduct research and make recommendations based on community needs and interests to develop effective local volunteer engagement activities.
Maintain records, event documentations and related reports to track impact.
Support the Mindanao Regional Unit in the implementation of regional programs.
Engage with the iVolunteer Community and understand the goals and values of the organization.
Competencies Required:
Applicant should be at least 18 years old and should be based in Davao City
Good oral and written communication in Filipino, English and the Local Language
Willing to go on Field Work
Have knowledge or volunteer experience in Mindanao
Has the passion to promote volunteerism in the country
Works effectively in a virtual organization with a start-up culture and has an ability to work with little to no supervision
Volunteers who will sign up for the role shall be scheduled for a short online interview between July 29 - August 01, 2024. Only shortlisted candidates shall be invited for the Physical Orientation on August 03, 2024.
