iVolunteer Philippines is a non-profit organization (NGO) that is run 100% by Volunteers, who take part in Nation-building as ambassadors of volunteerism.
Role description:
Align, develop and implement programs to ensure the engagement of iVolunteer’s internal staff
Understand the motivations, needs and goals of iVolunteer’s internal staff and make recommendations to support their growth and development
Be an ambassador of volunteerism and uphold the Values of iVolunteer while closely collaborating with the rest of iVolunteer
Maintain minutes, attendance records, event documentations and related reports to track internal engagement
Competencies Required:
Good oral and written communication in Filipino, English and the Local Language
Experience in human resource management is an advantage
Has the passion to promote volunteerism in the country
Works effectively in a virtual organization with a start-up culture and has an ability to work with little to no supervision
IVolunteers who will sign up for the role shall be scheduled for a short online interview between April 18 - April 30, 2024. Only shortlisted candidates shall be invited for the Physical Orientation on May 4, 2024.
