Volunteer Event
The Volunteer Program Associate for Engagement is responsible for providing support to the Director for Volunteer Services in:
- Onboarding new volunteers by providing them with a proper orientation about the organization, its advocacies, programs, and activities.
- Immersing new volunteers to different Departments of the organization
- Providing logistical support to new volunteers
- Organizing volunteer engagement activities to strengthen work relationships and maintain work-life balance among the volunteers
- Initiating volunteer care efforts and recognition to reward volunteers
- Facilitating regular satisfaction surveys to hear feedback from volunteers (Quarterly)
WORK ARRANGEMENT
Type: Long-term
Setup: Hybrid but mostly remote
Time commitment: 16 skeletal hours per week
Per need on Weekdays, between 08:00 PM to 10:00 PM (Remote). Regular operating hours: Saturday from 10:00 AM to 04:00 PM (Hybrid)
Allowances: Transportation/Travel/Meal/Reimbursements (per Terms & Conditions)
