As you know, plants release oxygen into the air and absorb carbon. Joining us in our RAINFORESTATION mission makes you a Carbon Warrior!

The Philippine Eagle Foundation's reforestation efforts are distributed over different sites in Mindanao. Our urban greening, upland reforestation, and forest corridor initiatives are made possible because of the delicate nursery care supported by our dedicated volunteers.

Our Nursery Activities at the Philippine Eagle Center include Soil bagging, Potting of seedlings, and Wildling collection. Volunteering your time helps us grow seedlings that will be planted in designated forest restoration sites.

Activity site: Philippine Eagle Center Nursery, Bgy. Malagos, Baguio District, Davao City

When: November 11, 2023 | 1:00 PM - 4:00 PM

Reminders:

Transportation and snacks will be shouldered by the volunteer
Free water refilling station is provided (please bring your own tumbler, water bottle)
Bring your own slippers, towel, soap, alcohol, and extra set of clothing.
The PEF will provide rubber boots (please bring socks), gloves, shovels and other gardening materials.
Briefing and demo will be onsite. Debriefing will be conducted by 3:40 PM.
E-Certificates will be provided. Physical copies are provided upon request.
Shower rooms are available as needed.
