Project name/title: iVolunteer Researcher
Background/Introduction/Purpose: The goal of iVolunteer is to transform individuals to become caring & active citizens. To provide better services to current volunteers, iVolunteer is strengthening its impact and research arm to understand the development and growth of its volunteers.
Scope Statement:
To create a study / research in understanding the impact of iVolunteer on volunteer’s development
In a way that:
- The study will be conducted in a sustainable manner annually
- The study will provide insight on the state of the volunteer sector in the Philippines
Such that we can provide the right support to further grow the volunteer sector
Competencies required:
1. Has experience in doing professional research and study
2. Has good oral and verbal communication skills in both English and Filipino
3. Is professional and a team player
4. Has the passion to promote volunteerism in the country
