iVolunteer Philippines is a non-profit organization (NGO) that is run 100% by Volunteers. As an NGO governed under the Philippine Laws, we are required to maintain books and report financial status to the government and our stakeholders.
Role description:
To document 3 volunteer stories. In a way that: 1. Shows volunteer growth - either individuals who didn't care before bu started volunteering through iVolunteer; individuals who do one-time volunteering before but because of iVolunteer have committed to a specific advocacy or organization; or individuals who continue to be ambassadors of volunteerism by encouraging others to become one. 2. Ready to be shared to our channels - Blog or/and YouTube
Such that these stories become an inspiration to others to also become a volunteer.
Competencies required: 1. Has good oral and verbal communication skills in English and Filipino. 2. Is willing to do interviews and event coverage. 3. Has strong level of professionalism and follows thru on commitment.
4. Collaborates well with other people. 5. Is professional and accountable as a volunteer
Volunteers who will sign up for the role shall be scheduled for a short interview. Only shortlisted candidates shall be invited for the Orientation thereafter.
