Project name/title: Partnership Builder: New Organizations
Background:
The goal of iVolunteer is to transform individuals to become caring & active citizens. We do this by finding ways for people to get involved and volunteer. In this, community and NGO partners play a key role as they are the ones welcoming and engaging volunteers for us. iVolunteer strives to help people find volunteering opportunities in an advocacy that resonate with them. In order to do this effectively, we will need to find organizations from advocacy and sectors we have too few of today. We will need to partner with new organizations who are interested in having volunteers.
Scope Statement (Expected results/desired outcomes)
Increase the number of active Partner Organizations that will provide diverse and more volunteer opportunity options for our users.
In a way that:
- Five (5) new partners to be recruited (with MOA) in three (3) months.
- Preferably partners in new advocacy areas: PWDs, Indigenous Peoples, Sports/Culture/Arts, Animals, Environment preservation, Disaster Risk Reduction, etc.
If you are interested to join us, please do sign-up and attend our recruitment orientation this March 25, 2023 (Saturday from 1:30 PM to 3:30 PM) at J.Co Donuts & Coffee - 105, Paseo Center, Paseo De Roxas Cor Sedeno St., Makati, 1209 Metro Manila. Please do come 15 mins before the start.
