Note: We will be following a 3-hour shift schedule on a first-come, first-served basis. We ask for your patience as we would like to accommodate more volunteers who are interested to help out in this important task too. Please expect a line as you enter UST. Wait times depend on the number of volunteers present.

We need U! Help PPCRV, COMELEC's citizens' arm, to ensure a Clean, Honest, Accurate, Meaningful and Peaceful elections this May 2022.
PPCRV is in need of 150 volunteers per shift to help encode election returns, answer calls, and keep peace and order for the Unofficial Parallel Count at the PPCRV Command Center in the UST Quadricentennial Pavilion from May 9 to 20, 2022.
Volunteers must be fully vaccinated. Health protocols will be strictly observed such as wearing face masks and social distancing. Food and drinks will be provided.

UST Quadricentennial Pavilion (UST QPav) Enter through Gate 2 for pedestrians and Gate 3 for cars
ATTIRE
Any neutral color (preferably white), Company/School shirt/uniform

Proof of Vaccination (Vax Card or picture of vax card)

REMINDERS
✔ Download and sign-up for the Staysafe App in compliance with UST’s health declaration for campus visitors.
✔ Practice minimal health protocols at all times (wearing of face mask and social distancing).
✔ Food and Drinks will be provided.
✘ No Vax Card, No Entry.
✘ No bringing in of big bags.
✘ No smoking within the UST Campus.
ACCESS & PARKING
Pedestrians should enter through Gate 2 (along España Blvd). Cars should enter through Gate 3 (along España Blvd). Parking is very limited around the QPav area, but the UST Carpark is open with parking fees.
Once you arrive at the command center, please have your vax card ready together with your valid ID and Staysafe app for health declaration. You will be asked to surrender your ID in exchange for a volunteer ID number while inside the QPav. An orientation will be conducted before you are assigned to your role.
To ensure the health and safety of all, the Command Center will be sanitized regularly and air purifiers will also be used for the duration of the operations. We will also be following a one-way scheme while inside the venue in order to facilitate proper social distancing.
