The 2KK Mentorship program is an avenue for the 2KK YAPAK Leaders to engage in reflective activities. A supplementary to their education, it aims to empower & inspire one another to solidify & pursue their hopes & dreams. It is companionship & a journey through one-on-one check-in sessions & progress reports. As a result, 2KK hopes that the 2KK YAPAK Leaders will serve as an example of the 2KK values and live these out genuinely in their own communities.
You will serve as their "ate" or "kuya" and build a mentor-mentee relationship with our scholars through 2-4 times a month check-in and activity-driven one-on-one sessions.
You will be taking part in mentorship training sessions as you go along, so no need to worry about having prior experience!
All you need to be a 2KK Mentor is your commitment, a hopeful spirit, and a loving heart.
