Mr. John Mark T PAÑARES is an active youth leader and a president for PWD. THE OPERATION SMILE has choosing him for free operation for his cleft palate and cleft lip, but the expenses is not covered he need 850 for lodging (2days), 5000 swabtest (per head) and 750 for laboratory test (per head)
His mother is the one accompanied him during his operation on july 28
