1. MODULE WRITER

Writing content for our Kapatid tutees' learning

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Create modules based on stories about the 6 Kap Loves

- Collaborate with the team to come up with ideas for Kap sessions

- Meet at least quarterly to evaluate current modules and sessions so far

Qualifications:

- Education graduate preferred but not required

- Able to think of creative activities based on children’s story books and the 6 Kap Loves

- Passionate about teaching

2. FUNDRAISING MANAGER

Raising funds for 2KK sustainability and programs

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Develop goals and plans for raising money for 2KK sustainability and programs

- Adopt strategies and campaigns that reflect the ideals of 2KK

- Identify and explore donor pools, engage and meet with potential and existing donors

- Write grant proposals

- Coordinate with the Marketing Team and manage donor-specific marketing efforts e.g. email marketing

- Organize fundraising events

- Work collaboratively with the team to enhance fundraising efforts

- Develop and strengthen partnerships with other organizations

- Keep the Board and Executive Committee up to date regarding fundraising efforts

- Assist in the Special Projects Committee as part of the Sustainability Committee

Qualifications:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a diverse range of audiences including volunteers, partners, donors, executives, potential funding partners and all constituencies

- Able to work independently and as part of a team

- Detail-oriented and well-organized

- Focused and goal-oriented, takes initiative

- Problem solving skills

- Prior experience in fundraising management highly valued

3. DONOR RELATIONS MANAGER

Managing 2KK's donors and partners

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Work with the Fundraising Manager in ensuring continued engagement with donors and partners e.g. updates from Yapak Leaders re the scholars

- Responsible for ensuring paperwork and other deliverables for grants or donations are accomplished and on time

- Identify and explore donor pools, engage and meet with potential and existing donors

Qualifications:

- Commitment and passion for the 2KK mission given that it is a volunteer-run foundation

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a diverse range of audiences including volunteers, partners, donors, executives, potential funding partners and all constituencies

- Able to work independently and as part of a team

- Detail-oriented and well-organized

- Focused and goal-oriented, takes initiative

- Problem solving skills

- Prior experience in donor management highly valued -- knowledge and ability to create, execute and/or support, and oversee a comprehensive donor management program

4. SUSTAINABILITY MANAGER

Managing 2KK's sustainability efforts

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Ensure the proper data and study of 2KK foundation work to make sure of its alignment to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (UN SDG's)

- Implement and manage 2KK's five-year plan

- Assist in studying the strengthening of 2KK's existing communities and expansion efforts

Qualifications:

- Prior experience in monitoring the UN SDG's highly valued

- Commitment and passion for the 2KK mission given that it is a volunteer-run foundation

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a diverse range of audiences including volunteers, partners, donors, executives, potential funding partners and all constituencies

- Able to work independently and as part of a team

- Detail-oriented and well-organized
