Project name/title: Training Officer
Background:
The goal of iVolunteer is to transform individuals to become caring & active citizens. Our internal volunteers (Newbies and Staff) are the foundation of the organization and it is essential that we energize and provide them support through having the rest of the iVolunteer community support them in their projects and roles. The organization works most of the time virtually and it is important that we reinvent how we engage and excite our organization virtually too.
Role and Responsibility:
Develop and lead trainings necessary for Internal volunteers of iVolunteer.
Coordination with the rest of iVolunteer staff that is capable to lead the trainings.
Ensures that delivery of Projects by the interns of iVolunteer are executed by keeping track of their Project Charter.
Work with the rest of Internals and Organization Development Pillar to schedule and execute the training.
Competencies required:
Has prior Training and Human Resource or People Management experience.
Is passionate about organization development
Works effectively in a virtual organization and collaborates well being part of a team.
Is professional and accountable as a volunteer
Willing to grow and develop as a volunteer
