iVolunteer Philippines is a non-profit organization (NGO) that is run 100% by Volunteers. As an NGO governed under the Philippine Laws, we are required to maintain books and report financial status to the government and our stakeholders.
Project name/title: Videographers
Background/Introduction/Purpose: The goal of iVolunteer is to transform individuals to become caring & active citizens. To achieve this, the organization has to constantly generate relevant content (videos and photo collections included) that appeal to the volunteer community and the general public.
Role description:
Video coverage of iVolunteer lead events
Create relevant content (videos and photo collections) on volunteerism that will appeal to the volunteer community and the general public
Competencies required:
Has experience in video coverage and has a mastery of his/her work tool
Can construct story boards and has mastery in Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, Corel VideoStudio, Sony Vegas, or other video editing tools
Good written communication both in Filipino and English
Has the passion to promote volunteerism in the country
Works effectively in a virtual organization with a start-up culture and collaborates effectively being part of a team
Is professional and accountable as a volunteer
