Background:

The goal of iVolunteer Philippines is to transform individuals to become caring & active citizens thru volunteerism. 

As we put focus on mature volunteers, we started a program to develop volunteer ambassadors/volunteer leaders that will engage more Filipinos to volunteer - Social Innovation Challenge. We are focusing on volunteer ambassadors/volunteer leaders who are interested to start their own non-profit organizations and are ready to lead new volunteers in their own advocacies. The hope is that by helping these start-up organizations, we are essentially paving the way for us to network and exponentially reach our goal of having one million volunteers.

Scope Statement (Expected results/desired outcomes)

To be able to create a new program that is geared towards strengthening and/or expanding the already existing CSR programs of corporations. 

Such that, upon implementation and conclusion of the program, the CSR programs of corporations would become interested in becoming iVolunteer corporate partners and/or sponsors for future programs and activities.

Competencies required:

• Should have basic English and Filipino competency
• Be knowledgeable in word processing programs and spreadsheets
• Basic understanding of how events are planned and managed
• Should be able to work closely within the different pillars of iVolunteer to create cohesive and well-rounded program.
