We are looking for passionate individuals to be part of our pool of accreditation officers, regulatory officers and risk management officers by being one of our Legal & Compliance Committee Members.
Specific responsibilities:
Drafting by-laws for the organization
Drafting contracts
Preparing accreditation materials (NCCA, other NGO-regulations committees, etc.)
Applying for grants
Reviewing organization-internal proposals
Protecting TLA’s reputation (legally)
Maintain knowledge of laws, regulations, sub-regulatory guidance, licensing, contractual requirements, industry trends, and company strategies to assess impact
Provide support to basic projects, initiatives, basic regulatory audits or exams, basic internal audits, accreditations, on-site reviews, and basic risk assessments
Minimum requirements:
Experience with drafting legal documents, submitting grants and proposals, knowledge of the law, etc.
