FIRST HELP First Help is a social initiative that aims to help every person fulfill their potential by making sure they always have access to someone who is willing, able, and ready to provide basic mental health care for them. We act as a platform where ordinary citizens who want to champion better mental health practices in their communities can work with the available expertise and resources on mental wellbeing.
PROGRAM OVERVIEW Mental Health Insights is a rapid assessment of an organization's state of mental wellbeing. The program aims to help organization leaders and/or members understand their organization’s state of mental wellbeing and explore ways to help nurture it.
ROLE OVERVIEW The Analyst for MH Insights ensures that youth organization leaders understand the state of mental wellbeing of the members in their organizations by analyzing their mental wellbeing survey results. This includes coding and interpreting survey form responses, identifying trends or patterns and coding them into themes, and consolidating this information to be presented in a simple and effective manner. They may also help in facilitating virtual sessions. They will work under the direct supervision of the Mental Health Program Lead.
