iVolunteer Philippines is a non-profit organization (NGO) that is run 100% by Volunteers. As an NGO governed under the Philippine Laws, we are required to maintain books and report financial status to the government and our stakeholders.
Role description: 1. Create relevant online content (feature articles and news) that will appeal to the volunteer community and the general public 2. Conduct interviews that will feature volunteers and partners and translate it into a write-up or feature article
Competencies required: 1. With experience in marketing or publications are preferred 2. Good oral and written communication both in Filipino and English 3. Has the passion to promote volunteerism in the country 4. Works effectively in a virtual organization with a start-up culture and collaborates effectively being part of a team 5. Is professional and accountable as a volunteer 6. Is actively leveraging or willing to be active in Facebook which is the main collaboration tool of iVolunteer
