Project name/title: Project Coordinator and Business Analyst
Background:
The goal of iVolunteer is to transform individuals to become caring & active citizens. One of the main platforms that iVolunteer uses to promote volunteerism is its website which was developed in 2011. The same website underwent reconstruction during the last quarter of 2015 and was relaunched together with the organisation in March 2016.
As we continue to provide more features and make our website more usable to our users, we are in need of people who are good in project management, understands IT project implementation to coordinate multiple project sprints. We would also need help in translating stakeholder requirements into technical requirements.
Scope Statement (Expected results/desired outcomes)
To be able to provide project coordination between UX and Web developers and help translate requirements to technical specifications.
In a way that:
- Involves the teams in the timing and commitments.
- Provides clear communication and expectations with partners and stakeholders.
- Translation of requirements makes it easier for stakeholders, partners and tech team.
