Project name/title: Process Documentation Owner
The goal of iVolunteer is to transform individuals to become caring & active citizens. One of the main platforms that iVolunteer uses to promote volunteerism is its website which was developed in 2011. The same website underwent reconstruction during the last quarter of 2015 and was relaunched together with the organisation in March 2016.
As the website starts to gain more users and more features for our volunteers and NGO partners to use, we are also maturing our internal processes for our technology team. Further strengthening our internal processes will enable iVolunteer to serve more communities and more Filipino volunteers..
Scope Statement (Expected results/desired outcomes)
To document critical processes of iVolunteer technology team
In a way that:
- Involves subject matter experts within Technology team and partners in other pillars
- Reflects current tool suite and platforms used by the team
- Is easily understandable by non technology-savvy or by new joiners to iVolunteer tech team.
