Role description: Will be responsible for the orientation recruitment for internal volunteers for iVolunteer Philippines and will work together with the team in organizing internal volunteers and capability session for the staff of iVolunteer.
Requirements are:
Has prior Human Resource or People Management experience.
Is passionate about organization development
Works effectively in a virtual organization and collaborates well being part of a team.
Is professional and accountable as a volunteer
Willing to grow and develop as a volunteer
