Project name/title: Online Quality Assurance
Background:
The goal of iVolunteer is to transform individuals to become caring & active citizens. We do this by finding ways for people to get involved and volunteer. In this, community and NGO partners play a key role as they are the ones welcoming and engaging volunteers for us. iVolunteer strives to help people find volunteering opportunities in advocacies that resonate with them. Our partner NGOs provide volunteering opportunities posted in our website, but sometimes these posts are sub-standard, confusing and does not create a positive volunteering experience. Our Quality Assurance team will monitor our organization partners’ posts and help educate them on the importance of correct and clear volunteer posts.
Scope Statement (Expected results/desired outcomes)
Increase compliance to volunteer post standards through:
- At least once-a-week quality check on iVolunteer website regarding volunteer opportunity
- Provide feedback to partner NGOs
- Communicate back to partners on remediation actions and feedback
