Hey, ArtVocates! Want to show off your best attire, experience a celebration of performing arts in one night, and help budding music scholars at the same time? Then come join our Spirit of Giving Volunteer Corps of secretariat, ushers, and liaison officers!

The PARC Foundation "Spirit of Giving" Performing Arts Ball is a fundraising charity gala that will directly benefit our PARCaralan Scholars. This will be on December 11, Wednesday, at the Conrad Manila Grand Ballroom, MOA Complex, Pasay City. The performing arts ball will feature several Filipino and Singaporean performing artists for the night, including the scholars of PARCaralan and their counterpart from Singapore, Little Arts Academy.

Qualifications:

• Must be available on December 11 and must be willing to attend orientations, pre-production meetings, and any other necessary meetings to be set by the Volunteer Corps coordinator
• College student or young professional (preferably a freelancer or on a flexitime schedule since the event will fall on a Wednesday)
• Fluent and conversant in English and Filipino (Fluency and conversational skills in Mandarin is a plus)
• Able to work under pressure and adapt to various situations
• Strong interpersonal skills and able to talk to a wide age range, various cultures, and VIPs
• Pleasant-looking and presentable for a high-profile event
• Strong social, coordinating, and decision making skills
• Background in dealing with VIPs or experience in managing a high-profile event is a major plus
• Background in events and production management is a plus
• Prior experience in the said roles is a plus
