Save the Children is the world's leading independent organization for children. Working around the world since 1919, and in the Philippines since 1981, Save the Children has been providing both emergency and long-term support to improve the quality of life for children

Our Fundraising and Marketing team is in need of a pool of volunteers who can be called on to help with our Christmas campaign. Volunteers shall support the team by engaging potential donors through event preparation, event support, and various activation and monitoring activities.

This opportunity involves both office-based and field-based work (mostly in commercial areas). All interested volunteers are required to attend the volunteer orientation session on October 25, Friday, but participation in succeeding engagements is dependent on the volunteers' availability and interest. The schedule of the volunteer engagements is as follows:

October 25 (Fri) - 1 PM to 3 PM Volunteer orientation session* at the Save the Children Makati office
October 28 (Mon) to November 11 (Mon) - 9AM to 4PM Event preparation (including finalizing guest lists, preparing materials, coordinating with vendors, etc.)
November 12 (Tues) - 10AM to 6PM Event support (including registration, guest relations and assistance, photography, etc.)
October 28 (Mon) to January 15 (Wed) - 9AM to 4PM Various activation and monitoring activities** in commercial areas
