Volunteer Event
The PARC Foundation will be celebrating International Youth Day on August 10 with our PARCaralan Music Scholars in an art-filled day in and around San Juan! We're looking for VOLUNTEERS to join us for an arts and crafts workshop in the morning and a cultural field trip around San Juan in the afternoon.
WHAT: "Dreams of the Youth" is an art workshop for our PARCaralan music scholars perfect for International Youth Day because we encourage our young scholars to dream big and dream deep.
WHEN: August 10, Saturday, 8 am - 12 pm
- We will hold a briefing orientation for volunteers a week to a few days before the event so we will let you know when. On the day, volunteers will need to arrive at 7 am for last minute briefings before the event.
WHERE: Here at The PARC Foundation! We are located at 494 Lt. Artiaga St., Brgy. Corazon de Jesus, San Juan City. You can easily pin our location on Google Maps and Waze, too!
WHO: We need a photographer to document the workshop creatively and effectively. We'll only be choosing one from two volunteers so we'll screen the applicants first. Once you apply to be a volunteer, expect to be contacted a few days after.
WHY: We want to be able to capture these picture-perfect memories! Along with that, we'll be launching and selling these watches to help raise funds for the PARCaralan Program so we need to make sure that people get to see it through those pictures and our scholars' smiling faces!
