Grain Foundation for PWD Inc. already produced hundreds of vocational graduates in different vocational training offered. Unfortunately, higher percentage of the total graduates are unemployed. Furthermore, Grain Foundation for PWD Inc. collaboration with its partner welfare agencies come up with this kind of survey. This survey will provide valuable information that would help to understand, identify and determine the challenges of private employers in hiring persons with disabilities.
To identify and determine the problems, issues, and concerns of private employers when hiring persons with disabilities and working with employees with disabilities.
We'll be needing 5 volunteers to conduct an independent survey to private employers.
