iVolunteer Philippines is a non-profit organization (NGO) that is run 100% by Volunteers. As an NGO governed under the Philippine Laws, we are required to maintain books and report financial status to the government and our stakeholders.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Work hand in hand with the Event Manager in creating community based projects and external events that will promote volunteerism and engage volunteers
Monitor the status of volunteer opportunities and ensure that focus are given to opportunities with minimum sign-ups

Competencies required:

Has experience in event and project management
Good written communication both in Filipino and English
Has the passion to promote volunteerism in the country
Works effectively in a virtual organization with a start-up culture and collaborates effectively being part of a team
Is professional and accountable as a volunteer
Is actively leveraging or willing to be active in Facebook which is the main collaboration tool of iVolunteer
