The goal of iVolunteer Philippines is to transform individuals to become caring & active citizens. As we put focus on mature volunteers, we are starting a program to develop volunteer ambassadors that will engage more Filipinos to volunteer.

We will focus on volunteer ambassadors who are interested to start their own non-profit organizations and is ready to lead new volunteers.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Have checkpoints with the participants through out the 36 weeks
Create a support group environment and have a teambuilding with the participants
Communicate with the attendees once they pass the screening and provide them sufficient guidance to be ready for the workshop
Make sure that the event is sufficiently marketed
Manage the recruitment and screening of the attendees

Expected results/desired outcomes:

To manage the community of volunteer ambassador workshop participants in a way that:

20-30 participants completes the implementation of their ideas and reach the graduation
A support group is built within the participants
Communication to the attendees are clear
Recruitment and screening of the participants are executed on-time
