iVolunteer Philippines is a non-profit organization (NGO) that is run 100% by Volunteers. As an NGO governed under the Philippine Laws, we are required to maintain books and report financial status to the government and our stakeholders.
GENERAL DUTIES
• Conduct a monthly reconciliation of bank account • Issue financial reports • Provide information to the external accountant who creates the company’s financial statements • Assemble information for external auditors for the annual audit • Calculate and issue financial analysis of the financial statements • Maintain an orderly accounting filing system • Maintain the annual budget • Comply with government reporting requirements such as BIR, SEC • Provide clerical and administrative support as requested
