Were you once a student performer back in school before the real world of adulting swallowed you whole? Do you want to find a unique and creative way to support your other advocacies? Or maybe you just want to find like-minded individuals who support and believe in the power of performing arts to change lives? The PARC Foundation’s ArtVocacy Volunteer Program accepts volunteers all year round to help with our projects and programs!
The PARC Foundation is a non-profit organization established in 2015 that spearheads the development of performing arts in the country by enabling Filipino artists to succeed. One of our main programs is PARCaralan, our flagship program that aims to give free music, dance, and theater classes to talented young Filipinos from underserved communities in San Juan. With PARCaralan, we believe that the opportunity to learn and develop the arts should be for everyone!
So how can YOU help our PARCaralan kids? We’re always looking for people ready to help our kids with whatever resources we have. sPARC the artist in you and let your passions come alive!
WHO: We’re looking for Photographers and Teaching Assistants for Music for our PARCaralan kids.
WHERE: Here at The PARC Foundation! We’re located at 494 Lt. Artiaga St., Brgy. Corazon De Jesus, San Juan City. We’re on Google Maps and Waze, just search The PARC Foundation. If you need more help in finding us, we have directions on our website!
WHEN: Our PARCaralan kids have classes usually every Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday, and Sunday depending on the schedule. We can coordinate when you will be available to volunteer with us!
THINGS TO BRING: Your bright smile and high energy! Oh, and your camera to capture those memories. We’ll let you know if you need to bring specific materials beforehand.
