Project name/title: Online Quality Assurance
Background:
The goal of iVolunteer is to transform individuals to become caring & active citizens. We do this by finding ways for people to get involved and volunteer. In this, community and NGO partners play a key role as they are the ones welcoming and engaging volunteers for us. iVolunteer strives to help people find volunteering opportunities in advocacies that resonate with them. Our partner NGOs provide volunteering opportunities posted in our website, but sometimes these posts are sub-standard, confusing and does not create a positive volunteering experience. Our Quality Assurance team will monitor our organization partners’ posts and help educate them on the importance of correct and clear volunteer posts.
Scope Statement (Expected results/desired outcomes)
If Increased compliance to volunteer post standards through:
- At least twice-a-week check on ivolunteer website
- Maintain tracker for compliance check
- Provide feedback to partners’ database on findings
- Communicate back to partners on remediation actions and feedback
- Work with Project Sponsor to revisit the QA process and roll out with the rest of the iVolunteer Staff
