Project name/title: Partnership Builder for Existing Organizations
Background:
The goal of iVolunteer is to transform individuals to become caring & active citizens. We do this by finding ways for people to get involved and volunteer. In this, community and NGO partners play a key role as they are the ones welcoming and engaging volunteers for us. iVolunteer strives to help people find volunteering opportunities in advocacies that resonate with them. With more than 100 NGO partners today in iVolunteer, there is a huge need to re-energize the partnership and hopefully create more volunteer demand.
Scope Statement (Expected results/desired outcomes)
Increase volunteer opportunities and/or sustain continued posting from our existing Partner Organizations by
- meeting at least 5 existing partners (with renewed MOA) in 3 months or less
- get feedback from our existing partners by asking them to answer our key partners’ survey
- provide feedback to our partners coming from iVolunteer users feedback
- create joint action plan with our existing partner and link them with iVolunteer’s strategy
