Edicute Incorporated, a nonprofit volunteer organization committed to promote education amongst Filipino indigenous peoples will conduct its annual Christmas Outreach titled "Edicute Ang Pasko: A Christmas Outreach for the Mangyans" on 08-09 December 2018 at Sitio Dangkalan Brgy. San Roque Bulalacao, Oriental Mindoro.
Here is your chance to bring Christmas cheer to the Mangyans in Mindoro! Let's make the Christmas spirit alive in the homes of 250 Mangyan families and 200 children in Brgy. San Roque Bulalacao.
VOLUNTEERS
Volunteers will shoulder their own transportation and other incidental expenses (Expense range: PHP 1,700 - 2,500)
To secure your slot, volunteers are required to deposit (Php1,050.00) for the ff.
Roro Bus reservation - .Manila to Roxas (One way) Php650.00
Roxas to community Php 50.00
Meals (Day 1 Lunch, Dinner , Day 2 Breakfast) Php150.00
Volunteer Shirt Php 200.00
VOLUNTEER ORIENTATION
November 24, 2018 8:30 AM at Ayala Triangle Makati
All volunteers are required to attend and required to pay (P1,050), non-refundable, non-transferable. This will cover for bus, roro, trucks going to Mindoro. We will collect the travel expenses during said orientation.
Volunteers will depart from Manila on December 7, 2018 (Friday) 07:00PM

HOW CAN YOU HELP?
Join us and volunteer to help us implement the Christmas outreach. We need 40-45 volunteers to cook and distribute food (feeding program), story tell, take and print photos, conduct games and other activities for the kids, among others.
Send your cash donation to cover for the Christmas packages* to be distributed to 250 Mangyan family beneficiaries, food supplies for the feeding program and materials to be used for the activities for Mangyan kids during the outreach.
Provide in-kind donation like canned goods, cookies, old clothes and toys, storybooks and school supplies - anything useful will be appreciated.
* Depending on how much funds we raise, Edicute plans to include the following in the family Christmas packs:
Rice
Sardines
Dried Fish
Monggo Beans
Eggs
Noodles.
