Kaisa Para Sa Kaunlaran has been publishing Tulay Fortnightly, a community newspaper, since 1988. It contains all things Tsinoy and then some! As its masthead says, Tulay is a bridge of understanding between two cultures (Filipino and Tsinoy) and two generations (the older and younger Tsinoys). As well, KPSK has over 50 publications all related to the story of the Chinese in the Philippines.
Volunteers will need to collate information on university libraries, city or municipal libraries, radio stations, television stations, other newspapers from around the country.
All these information is available online, but will need to be collected and arranged so that Kaisa can sell its publications, and increase Tulay’s subscriber base. This does not have to be done at Kaisa.
Schedule of volunteers: to be arranged with the manager
