A wish-come-true has the power to change lives. Do you have what it takes to be a wish genie? Attend this VOLUNTEER ORIENTATION and learn how you can be a source of hope, strength, and transformation.
This event is the FIRST of a series of FIVE volunteer events and, if completed, can earn you up to 12 volunteer hours. You also have the option of only attending the first event and earning 2 volunteer hours.
First event: Intro to The World Of Wishes. Volunteers visit Make-A-Wish PH Headquarters to learn all about the foundation and how to grant wishes. (2 hours)
Second event: Wish Design.The volunteer groups meet their Wish Captain/s to brainstorm and plan the wish (2 hours)
Third event: Wish Anticipation. The group executes the first wish event. (3 hours)
Fourth event: Wish Realization. The group executes the main wish event. (3 hours)
Fifth: Wish Effect event. The group visits the wish kid a week after the wish realization. (1 hour)
