We are looking for a volunteer who has a passion and willingness to teach PWD and to work with PWD.
If you volunteer to us you will be able to teach students with physical disability, students with developmental disability and students with hearing impairment.
WHAT: As a Volunteer you will have exposure to teach students with physical disability, developmental disability and hearing impairment. You will teach our students by improving and developing their independent living skills, creativity and talents.
WHERE: We are located at #261 Don Fabian Brgy Commonwealth Quezon City near PUP QC Campus
WHEN: If you are willing to volunteer you may need to give us your preferred schedules indicated below.
You can choose your schedule below:
SCHEDULES
1. MWF 1:00 - 5:00 pm (June 18, 20 and 22)
2. MWF 8:00 am - 12:00 nn (June 18, 20 and 22)
3. TTH 8:00 am - 12:00 nn (June 19 and 21)
4. TTH 1:00 - 5:00 pm (June 19 and 21)
THINGS TO BRING: Packed lunch, pocket money, water, notebook, ballpen, ID
SUGGESTED ATTIRE: Wear comfortable clothes such as: Tshirt, pants, and rubber shoes
THINGS TO DO BEFORE YOU VOLUNTEER: Visit our place and look for Ms. Pearl Angela Soriano, GFPI SPED Coordinator for confirmation
Why we need you? We need volunteers like you to develop a community for PWD wherein their is NO DISCRIMINATION. We need your help to spead PWD awareness to the community so that our PWD partners will feel accepted, loved and cared in our society. We need you to be our voice in upholding the PWD rights. With your help and act of volunteerism we can change the world little by little, soon our country will be a PWD loving community.
Reminder: Grain Foundation for PWD Inc. is a Christian community. We are looking for a Christian and Catholic volunteers to avoid problems. Also, we will be happy if you can volunteer to us for a longer time because we are looking forward to have a life-long commitment with you!
