iVolunteer is recruiting a Assistant Project Coordinator for a nationwide campaign on volunteerism. The role is a full-time volunteer with allowance. The project will run for 3 to 6 months starting from February 1, 2018.

Responsibilities
1. Social media monitoring and posting
2. Follow up and communicate with volunteer-engaging organizations and partners to ensure proper management of volunteers and that needed data for project is collected
3. Weekly report generation
4. Collaborate with all stakeholders to ensure right plans in place and executed for success of project
5. Properly close off a project with learnings documented and all data and next step activities handed over to right team.
6. Execute other duties based on the instruction of the Project Manager
Competencies
1. Good oral and written communication both in Filipino and English
2. Basic skills in Excel spreadsheets + knows how to do pivot tables
Qualification
1. Has the passion to promote volunteerism in the country
2. Values integrity and transparency
3. Highly motivated and can work effectively in a virtual organization
4. Flexible working location and schedule - 40 hours per week including attendance to board meeting; may have work on Saturdays.
5. Ready to commit at least 3 to 6 months to the organization
